He has a true passion for small business success and experience that spans many industries and myriad personality types.  As a result, he has developed a unique ability to identify and effectively communicate with both white and blue-collar business owners.


Steve understands the unique dynamics of family-owned business, and the hierarchy of small enterprises and mid-sized companies, both of which help him artfully navigate highly charged situations and heightened emotions.
