With nearly 20 years of experience in sales, management, leadership and coaching, Steven has established a proven track record of helping clients consistently put 10-15% to their bottom line.

He has a true passion for small business success and experience that spans many industries and myriad personality types. As a result, he has developed a unique ability to identify and effectively communicate with both white and blue-collar business owners.

Steve understands the unique dynamics of family-owned business, and the hierarchy of small enterprises and mid-sized companies, both of which help him artfully navigate highly charged situations and heightened emotions. Former and current clients appreciate Steve’s honest and direct approach as he delivers both good and bad news, as well as his capacity for relating with employees at every level within the organization.
