FOCUS ON FUNDAMENTALS is intended for companies who have recently joined the BBP Network, or for those who have newly hired or recently promoted team members. During this training we’ll discuss the role Bach Business Partners plays in helping your company achieve success.

 

Learn about BBP team members and their respective roles. Take a high-level look at the BBP processes related to Sales, Operations, Leadership, and Management, and discuss why adherence to the processes by each company in our Network is important.  

Specifically, we’ll help you understand WHY… 

  • Bach Business Partners asks you to do things a certain way 

  • The Account and Project Manager roles are looked at separately in your businesses 

  • Both Maintenance and Project work are important to your company’s success 

  • BBP wants you to understand single overhead recovery (burden) 

  • The BBP coaching team will always be sticklers about 40% GPM 

  • Our processes separates operations and sales 

  • We discourage sales professionals from taking the lead on estimating 

  • There are sales “rules” on what can be sold and by whom

Account & Project Manager Training

ACCOUNT and PROJECT Managers are arguably two of the most important customer conduit roles within any landscaping company, and providing them with the necessary tools to succeed is critical to your company’s success. This role-specific training will include a tour of Proscape Lawn & Landscape Services yard and office, followed by classroom sessions that focus on operations numbers, customer relationship skills, and roundtable discussion that encourages sharing best practices. 2025 Financial Planning

Oct. 28-30, 2024

It’s time to prepare for the year ahead!

The Bach Business Partners 2025 Financial Planning event will be held Oct. 28-30, 2024. Join fellow business owners, general managers, and financially-focused leadership team members for this two-day training event in Huntsville, Alabama, home of Southern Scape. The group will have the opportunity to tour Southern Scape's operation and meet the team on Monday afternoon, Oct. 28, before getting down to the business of planning on Tuesday and Wednesday. 

Please note, this training will not be dependent upon use of any one particular software or financial planning tool. 

2025 Leadership & Sales Summit

The BBP Leadership & Sales Summit is designed for BUSINESS OWNERS, GENERAL MANAGERS, and SALES PROFESSIONALS. This two and a half day event includes something for everyone:
